Sprocket is sick

This morning, around 3am, Sprocket started vomiting and having diarrhea. He continued until 8am. I brought him into work. We did bloodwork, xrays and a fecal. He has an enlarged spleen (which is laying vertically instead of horizontally), granulation in his duodenum and a bacterial infection throughout his GI tract. The doctor suspects lymphoma.
Molly and I visited him this evening. He seemed to be in good spirits. He was wagging his tail and very happy to see us. We brought him a new toy and he carried it around.
We are on a 'wait and see'. If he is able to eat and keep it down (or it comes out formed) then he's good to come home. But, if not, well....
